The method comprises the following steps of: carrying out the optimized dispatching on source load resources; carrying out network reconstruction optimization among a plurality of feeder lines of the active power distribution network; carrying out coordinated correction on the active power output of the source load resources; and judging the active dispatching correction result of each source load resource. By use of the technical scheme provided by the invention, the operation optimization difficulty of the active power distribution network can be simplified, a calculated amount is reduced, the advantages of a disturbed power supply, an adjustable load and power distribution network reconstruction are utilized to a maximum degree, and therefore, the damage and the influence of the disturbed power supply, the adjustable load and the power distribution network reconstruction on the operation of the power distribution network are minimized.
