Abstract

By combining computer simulation and the virtual reality technology, the emergent evacuation trainings are performed. A cabin environment, positions of an aboard device and personnel allocation, action sets, simulation information of different evacuation paths and simulation dummies are arranged in a computer simulation system. A virtual reality system comprises an eye point tracker, a head-mounted display device and an action capturing device. The computer simulation system is connected with the input end of the head-mounted display device and displays the simulation information through the head-mounted display device. Participating trainer eye places are bounded with heads of the simulation dummies through the eye point tracker, so training simulation is performed on the view angles of the simulation dummies. The action capturing device acquires actions of the participating trainers and drives the simulation dummies to simulate the actions. The head-mounted display device feeds back the display information to the participating trainers.
