Benefits of technology

This technology uses tiny injection techniques that are used for delivering medicine into cells called pancreatic beta-cells (PBSC). These methods help increase their ability to fight off harmful substances from other parts of our body while still being effective at killing germs like bacteria or viruses.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patents relates to finding ways to protect rice polypters during their harvest without causing harmful effects on wild relatives. Current methods for controlling these species have limitations including lack of stability, poor efficiency, high risk of infectious agents, difficulty with handling them safely due to weather conditions, and potential environmental concerns associated therewith.

Embodiment 1

[0026] A method for treating rice planthopper eggs, the method comprising the following steps:

[0027] (1) Collect 20 female rice planthoppers in the spawning period, put them into 4 fresh rice seedlings, lay eggs for 4-5 hours, and collect fresh planthopper eggs;

[0028] (2) First prepare the glass slides with double-sided adhesive, arrange the collected fresh planthopper eggs on the thick filter paper in the same order from head to tail, turn over the glass slides with double-sided adhesive, and arrange the arranged planthopper eggs Transfer to the double-sided tape, slide the slide gently with the back of the tweezers, so that the mosquito eggs can stick to the double-sided tape, dry for 2-3 minutes, and then immediately cover the mosquito eggs with water-saturated oil to prevent further drying of the mosquito eggs dehydration;

[0029] (3) Carry out microinjection, finish, keep the rice planthopper ovum that has injected, put into pure water together with double-sided a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a rice planthopper egg treatment method for microinjection. The method comprises the following steps that fresh rice planthopper eggs are collected; according to the principle that the heads and the tails of the eggs are in the same directions respectively, the eggs are sequentially arranged and transferred to a glass slide with an double-sided adhesive, the eggs are dried for 2-3 min, and then mosquito eggs are immediately covered with water-saturated oil to prevent further drying and water loss of the mosquito eggs; microinjection is conducted, the rice planthopper eggs obtained after injection are reserved after microinjection is completed, the rice planthopper eggs and the double-sided adhesive are put into pure water together, and culture is conducted for 2-3 days; when the rice planthopper eggs enter the red-eye period, the rice planthopper eggs are gently picked out and placed on wet filter paper, 2 days later, whether larvae are incubated or not is judged under an anatomical lens, and then the incubated larvae are transferred to tender shoots of rice seedlings. According to the method, natural non-infected wolbachia brown planthopper eggs serve as microinjection receptors, the infection rate is increased by 5-20%, and the egg passage efficiency is also improved by 80-100%.
