The rapid locking nut comprises a halved nut, compression springs, a locking sliding block, a nut body, a nut gland and a shifting block, wherein the halved nut has two semi-ring-shaped separate part structures which are formed by cutting a truncated cone shaped combined part with a threaded hole in the center; the locking sliding block is connected to the outside of the halved nut combined part in a sleeving manner through a truncated cone shaped inner hole; the locking sliding block is screwed into a cavity of the nut body in a threaded manner; and the halved nut is limited at the upper end of the nut body in the axial direction by the nut gland. During tightening, the locking sliding block is adjusted to move upwards relative to the nut body, the two semi-ring-shaped separate parts of the halved nut pop up outwards under the effect of the compression springs, and the rapid locking nut directly slides to a to-be-tightened part of a double-screw bolt; and then the locking sliding block descends along the cavity of the nut body, a conical surface of the locking sliding block extrudes the two separate parts of the halved nut to be combined inwards and compress the springs, and therefore, the enclasped halved nut and the to-be-connected double-screw bolt are locked rapidly.
