The method comprises the following steps: S1: performing message header detection on an AD sampling ADS-B signal according to a preset rate to obtain message header information and reference power; S2: performing bit demodulation and confidence coefficient demarcation of the ADS-B signal by using a baseline diversity technology based on the reference power; and S3: performing forceful CRC error correction on the demodulated bits according to the level of the demarcated confidence coefficient, and finally outputting an ADS-B1090ES message with a target bit number. By adoption of the method, the special demands of the ground ADS-B standard system application and the spaceborne multichannel application can be both considered; the real-time data processing ability is high, and the application demands of wide receiving coverage and numerous aircrafts within the area are satisfied; and the power adaption demand on the received signals is low, the sensitivity and the overlapping signal separation ability are good, and the transmission bit error rate is low.
