The biological sign data transmission system comprises a collecting terminal, a converting terminal, a cloud end and a hospital sub-system, which are sequentially in communication connection; the collecting terminal is used for collecting biological sign data and sending the collected biological sign data to the converting terminal; and the converting terminal performs protocol conversion on the biological sign data to obtain converted data and uploads the converted data to the cloud end so as to enable the cloud end to send the converted data to the hospital sub-system. According to the biological sign data transmission system, the biological sign data collected by the collecting terminal are converted by the converting terminal to meet a wireless transmission standard, and accordingly the converted data are transmitted to the cloud end in a wireless manner for storage management and sent to the hospital sub-system, so that obtaining and recording of the biological sign data is realized, the workload of manual recording is reduced, an error of manual recording is avoided, and the hospital sub-system can ask for obtaining the data from the cloud end when the data are lost.
