Abstract

An outdoor unit heat exchanging assembly comprises a first outdoor heat exchanger and a second outdoor heat exchanger which are connected in series, wherein the first outdoor heat exchanger is connected to a compressor through a refrigerant flow direction switching device, and an electronic expansion valve is arranged between the first outdoor heat exchanger and the second outdoor heat exchanger. The self-cleaning controlling method comprises the steps that the refrigerant flow direction switching device is adjusted to the state of providing an indoor unit heat exchanging assembly with a compressed refrigerant; opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted, so that frosting is continued on the surface of the first outdoor heat exchanger; after the preset first defrosting condition is met, the refrigerant flow direction switching device is switched, so that the flow direction of the refrigerant is reversed, attached pollutant is removed by utilizing water formed by defrosting, and self-cleaning of the first outdoor heat exchanger is realized; and after the preset second defrosting condition is met, opening of the electronic expansion valve is turned to the maximum, so that the second outdoor heat exchanger releases heat, and self-cleaning of the second outdoor heat exchanger is realized.
