Abstract

The present invention provides a heat dissipating device of an air conditioner frequency converter and a frequency-conversion air conditioner. The heat dissipating device of the air conditioner frequency converter comprises: a vapor chamber which has a first surface embedded with a sintering heat pipe, wherein a vapor chamber area where part of pipe sections of the sintering heat pipe is laminatedwith a heating area on an electric control board of the air conditioner frequency converter to conduct heat generated by the heating area to the whole vapor chamber; and a cooling plate which has atleast partial areas being laminated with the second surface of the vapor chamber and is provided with a refrigerant pipe for refrigerant flow to employ the refrigerant and the vapor chamber for heat exchange. According to the scheme, the vapor chamber is employed to conduct high heat of the heating area on the electric control board to the whole vapor chamber, and low temperature of the cooling plate is employed to perform heat exchange with the vapor chamber to realize rapid temperature uniformity and effective heat dissipation of the frequency converter and allow the frequency-conversion airconditioner to be operated in a high-frequency mode in a condition of a very high environment temperature so as to improve a rapid refrigeration capacity in a high-temperature weather.
