Problems solved by technology

The covering of plastic mulch has brought good harvests to agricultural production, but it also brings some challenges to rural power distribution lines. The strip-shaped residual film rises with the wind, falls down the wires, and can cause a short circuit in the wires in a storm.

Embodiment Construction

[0009] Toothed belt 3 is made up of belt body 4, tooth plate 5, ring 6. The belt body 4 is a general-purpose knitted belt, and the two ends are conical heads, and the tapered cloth strips are hemmed. There is a riveted ring 6 respectively at the cone heads at both ends, and the stay rope 2 is connected inside. The two sides of the toothed belt 3 are respectively evenly distributed three toothed plates 5 ( figure 2 ). There are three sharp teeth bent on the tooth plate 5, and the tip angle is 30 degrees. The tooth tip protrusion height H ensures that the hooking force P of the tooth tip parallel belt body 4 falls outside the friction angle J of the tooth tip to the wire. Only in this way can the tip of the tooth hook the falling objects and slide over the surface of the wire.

[0010] Stay cord 2 is an electric insulation rope.

[0011] Throwing ball 1 is made of steel, is big like an egg, and has ring at the thin end, for linking to each other with stay cord 2.

Abstract

The invention provides a toothed strap for removing falling objects on wires, and belongs to the technical field of transmission and distribution engineering. The toothed strap comprises a throwing ball 1, pull ropes 2 and a toothed strap body 3. The pull ropes 2 with the equal lengths are separately mounted at two ends of the toothed strap body 3. The throwing ball 1 is mounted at a free end of one of the pull ropes 2. Toothed plates 5 are separately arranged on two sides of the toothed strap body 3 and are used for removing foreign matters in a hooking manner. The throwing ball 2 is manuallythrown to span across a wire, so that the pull rope 2 is hung on the wire; the pull rope 2 is pulled to be close to a falling object, and is in contact with the falling object to hook the falling object; the pull rope 2 is pulled to pass through the upper surface of the falling object and hooks and pulls down the falling object. The toothed strap is used for hooking and removing falling tablets on the wires.

Description

technical field [0001] Transmission and distribution engineering. Background technique [0002] The power distribution lines in rural areas run through the fields along the banks of the fields. The covering of plastic mulch has brought good harvests to agricultural production, but it also brings some challenges to rural power distribution lines. The strip-shaped residual film rises with the wind, falls down on the wires, and can cause short circuits in the wires in storms. The electric power department has developed some elimination tools, and even studied the relatively complicated Chinese patent 201120044718.2 "Remote control wire clamping and burning machine for foreign objects in wires". To remove flake falling objects on distribution lines requires a removal device with reliable mechanism, simple structure and convenient use. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the toothed belt for removing the falling objects of the wires is: th...
