Abstract

The invention discloses application of atractylenolide IV to preparation of a CIK cell cryopreservation solution. The CIK cell cryopreservation solution comprises a serum-free medium, serum, dimethylsulfoxide and atractylenolide IV, wherein the serum-free medium is RPMI 1640; the serum is fetal calf serum or autoserum of CIK cell donors; preferably, the autoserum of CIK cell donors, the serum-free medium, the serum and the dimethyl sulfoxide are mixed according to a volume ratio of 5 to 4 to 1. The application of the atractylenolide IV to the preparation of the CIK cell cryopreservation solution shows that the atractylenolide IV is capable of increasing the cryopreservation recovery rate of the CIK cells without influencing the killing activity of the CIK cells on the tumor cells, and canbe prepared into the CIK cell cryopreservation solution for cryopreservation of the CIK cells so as to ensure that enough CIK cells are infused back to patients after the patients receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
