Abstract

The small molecule marker at least comprises lysophosphatidylcholine (18:0), and preferably comprises lysophosphatidylcholine (18:0), 3-hydroxypropanoic acid and dihydrocholesterol, wherein the lysophosphatidylcholine (18:0), the 3-hydroxypropanoic acid or the dihydrocholesterol is used for singly diagnosing that the AUC (area under the curve) of the brain metastasis of the lung cancer isbetween 0.7 and 0.9, and the accuracy is medium; lysophosphatidylcholine (18:0), the 3-hydroxypropanoic acid and the dihydrocholesterol are used for jointly diagnosing that the AUC of the brain metastasis of the lung cancer and the non-brain metastasis of the lung caner is 0.928, and the accuracy is higher; the sensitivity and specificity at the optimum diagnosis critical value respectively reach0.9 or above.
