Abstract

The invention discloses a welding device for a spark plug sleeve at outer wall of a semi-sealed thin-wall annular cavity and a welding method. The welding device mainly consists of an arch-shaped frame (3), a nut (4), a supporting block (5), an air ventilating pipe (6), a shoulder nut (7) and a T-shaped bolt (8). The welding device is used for welding the sparking plug sleeve (2) by the steps of assembly of parts, mounting of the welding device, welding, detachment of the welding devices, and the like. The welding device has the advantages that the processing problem of deformation in weldingof the sparking plug sleeve of the flame cylinder is solved, and the development requirement of novel aviation engines is met.
