Abstract

The invention discloses a small-sized shaft workpiece feed correcting device which comprises a rear positioning plate. A motor is arranged on the rear positioning plate. A feed wheel is arranged on the front side of the rear positioning plate. The axis of the feed wheel is coaxial with a rotary shaft. Positioning grooves extending in the front-back direction are uniformly distributed in the columnar wall of the feed wheel. Openings of the positioning grooves are formed in the front end surface of the feed wheel. A side stopping block is arranged beside the feed wheel. The side stopping block is provided with a side stopping surface matched with the columnar surface of the feed wheel. The tail end of the side stopping surface is located below the axis of the feed wheel. A coding disc is arranged on the rotary shaft. A position sensor is arranged beside the coding disc. When the small-sized shaft workpiece feed correcting device is used, a discharging outlet of a vibrating disc right faces the front end surface of the feed wheel, and the motor drives the feed wheel to rotate; and when the positioning grooves pass through the discharging outlet, small-sized shafts automatically enterthe positioning grooves, the feed wheel continues rotating, and the small-sized shafts are transported downwards and finally fall off from the tail end of the side stopping surface.
