The signal mast device is mounted on the top of a rack control room in the middle of the platform main body; the signal mast device comprises a mast rack, a signal device and an operating platform; the mast rack comprises a supporting frame, a hanging rod, asignal mounting frame, a plurality of signal mounting rods and a plurality of signal mounting seats; two ends of the top of the supporting frame are bevel edges; the signal mounting frame is mountedon the top of the center line of the supporting frame; the signal mounting rods are uniformly and vertically distributed on the top or the hanging rod of the supporting frame; the signal mounting seats are uniformly mounted on two sides of the supporting frame from top to bottom; the operating platform is horizontally and fixedly connected to the supporting frame for maintaining the signal deviceon the mast rack; and the temporary anchor recovery system is mounted at the front end of the platform main body.
