The preparation method comprises the following steps: separately preparing a mother solution A, a mother solution B and a mixture C by using the macroelements, the microelements and the active substances; mixing the mother solution A andthe mother solution B according to weight parts of the macroelements and the microelements; and adding the mixed solution of the mother solution A and the mother solution B into the mixture C according to the proportioning by weight of the active substances, and uniformly stirring to obtain the nutrient solution. The nutrient solution which is specially used for soilless culture of the violet is provided, requirements for various elements in a growth process of the violet can be met, the obtained violet has thick stems and short internodes and has fat and large leaves and developed root system; and the potential productivity of crops can be played fully, new creation of new roots and differentiation of a vascular bundle system can be promoted, consumed water is few, the yield of soilless culture of the violet is higher than the yield of soil culture of violet by 30%, and thus, development of agricultural modernization is pushed.
