The system comprises collection modules, a cloud intelligent car locating module, wireless transmission modules and an LED car locating screen; the cloud intelligent car locating module identifies cars and persons in parking space collected by the collection modules and associates the cars with the persons, the image of a car locating person is acquired through the LED car locating screen, and the car associated with the car locating person is found by means of the image. A path planning unit combined with the map of the parking lot plans a path from the LED car locating screen to the car. Intelligent car location of the parking lot based on the image re-identification isachieved.
