The embodiment of the invention provides a processing method of a data transmission channel and devices. The processing method comprises the steps that a target base station receives a switching request message sent by a source base station, wherein the switching request message comprises a PDU flow based data forward-transmission instruction or a RB based data forward-transmission instruction; the target base station distributes data forward-transmission tunnel address information to a corresponding PDU flow based on the PDU flow based data forward-transmission instruction and the QoS reception data of the target base station or distributes the data forward-transmission tunnel address information to a corresponding RB based on the RB based data forward-transmission instruction and the QoSreception data of the target base station; and the target base station sends a switching request response message to the source base station, wherein the switching request response message includes the data forward-transmission tunnel address information.
