Abstract

The invention discloses a method of calibrating color of a probe and belongs to the field of colorimetry. During colorimetric detection, whether the intrinsic color of a probe can be accurately extracted or not is a key factor that influences accuracy of the colorimetric detection. In practical detection, because different probes may generate different colors when being reacted with target substances, the color of every probe has different deviation under influence of surrounding environment; in conventional methods, influence factors on colors are attributed to three color channels, R, G andB, and then color calibration is carried out; however, the process cannot accurately calibrates the color change rules of the probes well; on the basis of the facts, the invention provides a calibration method which is direct at every probe independently, so that the intrinsic color of every probe can be restored better, thus greatly improving the accuracy of colorimetric detection.
