Abstract

The invention discloses a PCB label printing quality detection method which determines the silk screen printing quality of a PCB by computing the similarity between the PCB to be detected and a standard PCB. The similarity is achieved by computing the Hamming distance of the binary graph Hash matrixes of the PCB to be detected and the standard PCB. The method comprises: acquiring a PCB image; filtering the image to obtain a filtered image; graying the corrected filtered image to obtain a corrected image; performing edge detection to obtain a PCB matching area sub image; calculating a binarization threshold by using an approximation algorithm; performing binarization; computing the Hash matrixes; calculating the Hamming distance between the Hash matrixes of the PCB to be detected and the standard PCB; and computing the similarity and finally determining the silk screen printing quality. The method improves the efficiency and accuracy of PCB silk screen printing quality detection, and avoids the influence of background colors and different brightness on a recognition result.
