The tracking of C3 cross-office calling can be completed. Meanwhile, the data information of an interface E and the data information of an interface G are collected by a second interface monitoring subsystem, and the signaling and service data during the cross-office process can be obtained. The continuity in the switching process can be guaranteed. The data information of an interface L is collected by a third interface monitoring subsystem, and the service data of the intelligent network are obtained, wherein the data analysis is provided for various faults of the railway application. The data information of an interface GR is collected through a fourth interface monitoring subsystem, and GPRS (general packet radio service) user data are obtained.
