Abstract

The invention discloses a hotel guidance method based on a cloud platform and face recognition. By determining the check-in information of a user, determining a target route corresponding to the check-in information according to the check-in information, and sending the determined target route to a terminal device, the user is guided to a target location via the terminal device.
