The invention provides a cooperative
digital marketing system. The cooperative
digital marketing system is characterized in that the
system comprises a plurality of merchant terminals, a plurality of consuming member terminals, an online transaction system, a
third party payment system, a one-card system and a merchant
management system which are all connected through
the internet. The invention further provides a method for cooperative
digital marketing which comprises the following steps: a transaction step, a
payment step and a merchant management step, wherein, the transaction step, the
payment step and the merchant management are carried out in an alternative manner. The invention which systematically integrates online transaction,
