The invention discloses a data optimization method, a device thereof and an ultrasonic platform, wherein the method, the device and the ultrasonic platform belong to the field of medical diagnosis imaging. The method comprises the steps of acquiring first image data which are generated in performing diagnosis on a body part by handheld ultrasonic equipment; determining an optimization mode which corresponds with the part; acquiring attribute information of display equipment which is connected with the handheld ultrasonic equipment; optimizing the first image data according to the optimizationmode and the attribute information, and obtaining second image data, wherein the display equipment is used for displaying the second image data. According to the data optimization method, influence factors of part and displaying effect to image displaying are comprehensively considered; and a problem of low image displaying effect caused by a fact that the image data are calibrated according to the Gamma curve is settled, thereby improving image displaying effect.
