Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the development of communication and information technology, people put forward more stringent requirements for microwave components and functional devices in communication systems. In the past, microwave and radio frequency devices with single functions have been difficult to meet the requirements of modern communication systems.
Waveguides, full-angle reflectors, mode separators, and isolators with single functions are no longer able to meet the architectural requirements of modern communication systems. Building communication systems with single-function devices has to face problems such as difficulty in integration, poor electromagnetic compatibility, and high production costs.
On the other hand, the more important thing is that these traditional function-first functional devices are also difficult to achieve tunable working frequency domain

Abstract

The invention discloses a plasma-based programmable electric / magnetic regulation and control multifunctional device and a realization method. The structure of the multifunctional device comprises a single plasma layer which consists of a quartz glass cavity, an exciting electrode array, a back part electric control magnet array (electric control magnetic pole array) and an inert gas in the interior. A multi-layer structure is formed by a non-magnetizing plasma and magnetizing plasma thin layer obtained by programming control, and the non-magnetizing plasma / magnetizing plasma-based multi-layerstructure is formed through iteration by taking fractal series as the rule; the single-layer plasma-based programmable electric / magnetic regulation and control multifunctional device is simple in realization and integrates multiple functions into an integrated body; the multifunctional device is formed by the single plasma layer, without other mediums; conversion of the functions of the device isrealized by programming control on an external programming logic array, and tuning of working frequency can be realized easily; and the multifunctional device has the characteristics of compact structure, easy realization of chip integration design, wider working bandwidth and the like.
