The camshaft clamping and quick debugging mechanism comprises a mounting cavity and a mounting plate, wherein the mounting cavity is arranged on a machine body; the mounting plate is arranged at the bottom end of the mounting cavity; the mounting cavity is used for accommodating a camshaft; a top-end opening of the mounting cavity is used for clamping the outer wall of the top end of the camshaft; a through hole is formed in a bottom-end opening of the mounting cavity and used for the mounting of apointed center or a flat-bottom center; the top ends of the pointed center and the flat-bottom center are both used for being propped against a bottom center hole of the camshaft; and the outer wallsof the pointed center and the flat-bottom center are both in clearance fit with the inner wall of the through hole.
