The base is provided with a lower locating hole, a convex bench and a corresponding lower detection hole. Thecover plate is provided with an upper locating hole, an upper detection hole and a groove corresponding to the convex bench. The diameters of the locating shafts are set to detect internal diameters of corresponding coils; and the convex bench and the groove are same in height, and are cooperated to detect length of the corresponding coils.
