The cold-storage fresh-keeping method comprises the following steps: (1) building of the cellar; (2) preparation of ice cubes; (3) preparation before storage: sweeping the cellar clean before storage, disinfecting the cellar with sulfur, sealing the cellar for two days, then ventilating the cellar until smellis eliminated, brushing the inner wall of the cellar with lime water once before the smell is eliminated, and covering the bottom of the cellar with 30-centimeter thick wheat straw; (4) storage in the cellar: before strawberries are stored in the cellar, performing treatment with sulfur dioxide gas once, stacking baskets filled with the strawberries, covering the baskets with a plastic curtain, fumigating the cellar with sulfur, then laying a reed mat on a bracket in the cellar and arranging and placing the strawberries layer by layer from top to bottom; and (5) management in the storage period: after the strawberries are stored in the cellar, avoiding flipping randomly, and keeping the humidity at 90% and the temperature at 0-3 DEG C in the cellar by supplementing the ice cubes and pouring water.
