Abstract

According to the method for the multi-channel strategy-control-preventing frequency spectrum, an auction theory and a mechanism are utilized; a strategy-control-preventing frequency spectrum auction model which comprises a flexible channel request and performs quotation by means of a corresponding flexible real estimated value is established; a bidding relation among secondary users is determined in the strategy-control-preventing frequency spectrum auction model; and frequency spectrum auction is performed through a bidding strategy. According to the method, factors such as a flexible requirement of the secondary user to the frequency spectrum channel, a flexible quotation function and a signal-to-noise ratio interference are sufficiently considered; furthermore a requirement for frequency spectrum utilization maximization and strategy-control-prevention of the secondary users are considered; and detailed analysis and designing are performed on a frequency spectrum auction mechanism. The method according to the invention has advantages of easy realization and convenient expansion. Furthermore the method according to the invention is more similar to actual application than existing frequency spectrum auction methods. Furthermore relatively high distribution efficiency and higher fairness are realized.
