Problems solved by technology

When the cuttings are refrigerated in the early stage, a large amount of condensed water stays on the surface cuttings, which will easily cause the flat cuttings to rot after a long time; the temperature difference between the middle and outer cuttings is large, and the middle cuttings will heat up, reducing the survival rate of cuttings

Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention is further described below.

[0014] The invention discloses a long-term storage method for carnation cuttings, which is different from the prior art in that it comprises the following steps:

[0015] 1. After picking the carnation cuttings from the female parent, pick the carnation cuttings according to the standard of three leaves and one heart, a handful of 20-30 carnation cuttings, align the bases neatly, and wrap them with rubber bands;

[0016] 1. Cover the inside of the incubator with a plastic film that can cover the entire turnover box, and then spread a layer of air-permeable paper on the plastic film;

[0017] 1. Put the base of the whole carnation cuttings upright in the incubator, forming a ventilated gap between each carnation cuttings, and the plastic film is open, so there is no need to cover the upper part of the carnation cuttings;

[0018] , Place the incubator in a cold storage at 2°C-8°C, and pre-cool for 12-36 hours; ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a long-term storage method for cuttings of dianthus caryophyllus. The method comprises the following steps: I, after the cuttings of the dianthus caryophyllus are picked from female parents, taking 20-30 cuttings of the dianthus caryophyllus as a bundle; II, spreading a mulch film capable of wrapping an entire turnover box in the box body of a cultivation box, and spreadinga layer of air-permeable paper on the mulch film; III, arranging the base parts of entire bundles of cuttings of the dianthus caryophyllus downwards and vertically into the cultivation box; IV, placing the cultivation box into a cold storage with the temperature of 2-8 DEG C, and performing pre-cooling for 12-36h; V, covering the upper surfaces of the cuttings of the dianthus caryophyllus with alayer of air-permeable paper after pre-cooling is performed, then sealing the cuttings completely by using the above mulch film, and moving the cultivation box into a cold storage with the temperatureof 2 DEG C for storage; VI, controlling the temperature of the cold storage stable at 1.5 DEG C-2.5 DEG C; and VII, during the storage in the cold storage, performing ventilation for at least 20min by using a circulation fan every day. The method provided by the invention can make the storage time of the cuttings of the dianthus caryophyllus be not less than 4 months, and the cuttings can be stored up to 6 months and still maintain normal vitality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant seasonal rooting, in particular to a long-term storage method for carnation cuttings. Background technique [0002] Existing storage method is: do not sort out after picking ears from the female parent seedlings, arbitrarily place them in the turnover box, and store them in a cold storage at 2-4° C. after being wrapped with plastic film. When the cuttings are refrigerated in the early stage, a large amount of condensed water stays on the surface cuttings, which will easily cause the flat cuttings to rot after a long time; the temperature difference between the middle and outer cuttings is large, and the middle cuttings will heat up, reducing the survival rate of cuttings. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a long-term storage method for carnation cuttings, which can make the carnation cuttings storage period not less than 4 months, and the longest ...
