The cold preparation method includes: pouring the alkali liquor into the pure natural vegetable fat to form soap liquid; when the surface ofthe soap liquid solidifies and evident scratches can be drawn on the surface of the soap liquid, adding the pure natural fine plant powder, and evenly mixing; pouring the evenly mixed soap liquid into a mould, and performing cooling solidification and fermentation.
