In the invention, through the grafting modification under irradiation by the electron accelerator, the polypropylene, which is originally free of polarity, is processed with addition of the maleic anhydride to prepare a novel polypropylene basic material, wherein the active groups are introduced through the grafting modification to form the modified resin.
