The differences of the SNP sites on Jinhua pig and landrace pig SSC(Sus scrofa chromosome)1 are used for identifying the Jinhua pig and the landrace pig; the SNP names are respectively MARC0039661, ASGA0001510, INRA0001043, DRGA0000202, MARC0041365, DRGA0000334,INRA0003745, INRA0003746, INRA0004022, CASI0011475, INRA0004282, DRGA0001542, DRGA0001542, INRA0004305, INRA0004312, ALGA0006239, INRA0004460, MARC0046211, MARC0036323 and M1GA0001181. The total number of the SNP sites is 20. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that through the selection of 20 SNP sites, the Jinhua pig and the landrace pig can be cheaply, fast and conveniently identified through the testing on the SNP sites.
