Abstract

The invention discloses a real-time SAR imaging system and an imaging method based on a multi-core DSP. The imaging system comprises an A/D input module, an FPGA module, a DSP module and a D/A outputmodule. The A/D input module is used for sampling imaging echo signals. The FPGA module is used for receiving the imaging echo signals, carrying out preprocessing, and sending interruption to the DSPmodule after the preprocessing is completed. The DSP module is used for carrying out azimuth and distance focusing on the preprocessed imaging echo signals and acquiring an imaging result. The D/A output module is used for generating the modulation signal of a radio frequency transmitter. In the invention, through an EMIF asynchronous interface, high speed data transmission between the multi-coreDSP and FPGA is realized; the multi-core DSP parallelly processes data so that high speed data processing is realized; and problems that the data size of the SAR imaging system is large, a real-time requirement is high and so on are effectively solved.
