The system comprises a main controller, an electric controller, a photoelectric switch, a current sensor, an indicator light, a voice prompting module and a thyristor module, wherein the photoelectric switch is mounted at a closing side of a safe protective door of the color sorter; the current sensor and the thyristor module arecorrespondingly connected to a power supply loop of the color sorter; signal output ends of the photoelectric switch and the current sensor are correspondingly connected to a signal input end of themain controller; a signal output end of the main controller is correspondingly connected to the signal input end of the electric controller, the indicator light and the voice prompting module; the signal output end of the electric controller is connected to a controlled end of the thyristor module.
