Firstly a multi-view structured light system is established, each view includes a set of measuring units,and calibration of the system is performed so as to acquire the projection parameter matrix of each camera; then each structured light unit uses a template to project to a measuring target, and each view measures and calculates a reference phase diagram and an acquisition phase diagram; and finally a three-dimensional mapping target energy function is established through the camera parameters andthe deformation phase under the constraint of the multi-view geometric consistency and the compensation phase of each pixel point is obtained so as to realize phase unwrapping. The correlation and theconstraint between the views are considered and the obtained phase unwrapping result is more accurate; and multiple views are synchronously unwrapped so that the workload of phase unwrapping can be greatly reduced.
