Abstract

The self-bias circuit is formed by connecting a bias power supply, the EDG, diodes and capacitors, and a high-voltage low charge structure and a low-voltage high charge structure exist during working. In the first power generation cycle, the bias power supply charges the stretched DEG through diodes D1, D2 andD3, and the DEG charges capacitors C1 and C2 during contraction.
