The method comprises air interface signal feature scrambling of a sending end and air interface signal feature descrambling of a receiving end, wherein the air interface signal feature scrambling of the sending end comprises the steps of firstly using a random sequence to perform phase scrambling on a modulated signal, and then using the random sequence to perform amplitude dynamic adjustment on the signal that is subjected to the phase scrambling to acquire an amplitude scrambled signal; the air interface signal feature descrambling of the receiving end comprises the steps of firstly using the random sequence which is the same as that of the sending end to perform amplitude recovery on a channel equalized signal, and at last performing phase descrambling on the amplitude scrambled signal to acquire the signal feature before phase scrambling.
