The aluminum-extruded base plate comprises a first closed end, a second closed end and a plurality of longitudinal partition plates, wherein the longitudinal partition plates are positioned between the first closed end and the second closed end and are arranged in a spaced manner in the horizontal direction; and a plurality of mutually-independent longitudinal flow channels are formed among the longitudinal partition plates. The horizontal flow channels are positioned between the first closed end and the second closed end and communicate with the longitudinal flow channels in a way of penetrating through the longitudinal partition plates;and each horizontal flow channel is internally provided with a capillary structure. By adopting the aluminum-extruded type thermal plate and a manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention,the horizontal flow channels communicating with the longitudinal flow channels are formed between the two ends of the aluminum-extruded base plate, and each horizontal flow channel is provided with the capillary structure, so the horizontal heat transfer efficiency of the aluminum-extruded thermal plate can be greatly improved, and thus the overall heat transfer effect is improved.
