Abstract

A firstsleeve is fixedly connected at the middle place of the top part of the shell body; an impact device is arranged above the first sleeve; a material inlet device is arranged on the shell body at the right side of the impact device; two first springs are symmetrically fixedly connected on the bottom end of the first sleeve; a receiving plate is fixedly connected on the bottom ends of the two first springs; a first guide ramp way is fixedly connected with the middle place of the receiving plate; and two rotating cylinders are symmetrically arranged inside the shell body under the receiving plate.Beneficial effects are as follows: firstly, a first motor drives a crankshaft to rotate; the crankshaft drives a rotating sleeve to rotate; the rotating sleeve can drive a connecting rod to move up and down; a through-hole is used to conduct limit of an impact column; the connecting rod can drive the impact column to move up and down via a connection block; and the lower side of the impact columninserts into middle parts of garlic and passes out from the bottom parts, thereby realizing a clove separating treatment of the garlic.
