The invention provides a nut shelling and sorting
machine which comprises a housing case, a housing case cover, a feeding mechanism, a
cracking mechanism and a separating mechanism. The feeding mechanism comprises a feeding hopper and a rotary
evening rod; the
cracking mechanism comprises fixed and rotary scrubbing squeezing discs, damping springs, adjusting bolts, a motor, a
motor shaft and a motor support frame, and the fixed and rotary scrubbing squeezing discs are respectively provided with rubber scrubbing
layers; a scrubbing squeezing channel with a gradually reduced gap is outwardly formed between the two rubber scrubbing
layers, and the size of the gap at an outlet of the scrubbing squeezing channel is slightly larger than the
average diameter of nuts; the separating mechanism comprises air inlet pipes, an annular blow
pipe, a distributing hopper, a crushed shell
discharge hopper, a kernel buffer nut, a kernel passing plate and a kernel
discharge outlet; and the kernel buffer net is annularly and fixedly mounted along the inner wall of the housing case. Compared with the prior art, the nut shelling and sorting
machine has the advantages of capabilities of uniformly and orderly feeding the nuts and thoroughly separating kernels from shells, and high shelling efficiency and kernel completeness rate.
