tailings are obtained, silver flotation is conducted on the silver-lead rapid flotation
tailings, silver concentrate and silver flotation
tailings are obtained after rough flotation, fine flotation and
scavenging are conducted, then
zinc flotation is conducted on the silver flotation tailings, and silver concentrate and silver flotation tailings are obtained. The silver-containing zinc concentrate and the recleaning tailings are obtained after roughing, first concentration, second concentration and
scavenging, the separation effect of silver, lead and zinc is fully improved, and the obtained silver concentrate has the advantages of being low in lead and zinc. Besides,
sodium hydroxide is innovatively adopted to be combined with an adjusting agent of
ammonium nitrohumate, effective inhibition on
pyrite in the zinc flotation process is achieved, residual silver minerals are activated, effective comprehensive utilization of zinc resources is achieved, and meanwhile
full recovery of the silver resources is further guaranteed.
