The preparationmethod comprises the following steps: pretreating raw materials, namely centella asiatica, matricaria chamomillaL and glycyrrhiza so as to obtain mixed plant pieces; soaking the obtained mixed plant pieces into a soaking liquid at 20-45 DEG C for 15-30 minutes, wherein the soaking liquid comprises 5-10 parts of a first enzyme preparation, 1-5 parts of an alcohol substance, 1-5 parts of a salt substance and 40-100 parts of water; performing ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours on the soaking liquid and the soaked plant pieces at a preset temperature, leaving to stand and layer, and separating soas to obtain supernate; further cooling the supernate to a room temperature, and compounding the supernate with a second enzyme preparation through ultraviolet waves so as to obtain a mixed liquid; performing pure water elution on the mixed liquid with a chromatographic column filled with a resin filler, and removing impurities, thereby obtaining an eluent, namely the moisturizing plant extract.
