Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of novel isoflavone compound in ficus auriculata. The preparation method of the novel isoflavone compound comprises the following steps: crushing roots of the ficus auriculata, sieving, cold extracting by using an alcohol solution, decompressing, concentrating to obtain extract, adding distilled water into the extract, suspending, and extracting successively by using petroleum ether and ethyl acetate to obtain each part extract; and performing the column chromatography and high-performance liquid phase for the ethyl acetate extract,thus obtaining the novel isoflavone compound. The novel isoflavone compound extracted from the ficus auriculata has relatively good effect for inhibiting the proliferation of three tumor cells.
