Abstract

The invention discloses a method realizing stable reception of self-control signals by a high voltage cabinet in a tape conveying self-control system. The method involves a PLC program segment and also involves a closing coil program part of the high voltage cabinet and a separating coil program part of the high voltage part. Pulse signal control of a falling edge is adopted during a kernel startstopping process. After pulse signals are transmitted, coil suction of a small relay is conducted. Auxiliary contacts of the small relay transmit signals to separating and closing coils of the high voltage cabinet; 2 seconds (SST#2S) are added to a TV terminal of a time relay, a 2 second electrification time delay is achieved and 2 second electrification of a 401M:Q1 coil is ensured. Therefore, the closing coil of the high voltage cabinet gets enough time for suction and enough time for separation. In this way, a problem of instability of closing and separating signals of the high voltage cabinet is solved and a problem of control failure is also solved.
