The method is characterized in that self-prepared tungsten trioxide WO3 and graphene oxide (GO)are taken as raw materials, tetrabutyl titanate is taken as a titanium source, acetic acid and polyethylene glycol are taken as hydrolysis inhibitor and surfactant, polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is bridging agent, activated carbon fibers (ACF) are taken as a load, and a sol-gel method is adopted to prepare the ternary compound photocatalytic coating of silver ion-doped tungsten oxide / titanium dioxide-reduced graphene oxide (Ag-WO3 / TiO2 / RGO). The activated carbon fiber loaded photocatalytic material prepared with the method is characterized in that ethylene is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under the irradiation of ultraviolet light so as to be favorable for inhibiting a fruit and vegetable respiration function.
