The algorithm comprises the following steps of (1) establishing a state estimation method based on hybrid measurement data of SCADA and a PMU; (2) carrying out mathematical modeling on uncertainty of network parameters, distributed power generation, electric vehiclesand measurement data, and establishing an interval state estimation model; (3) taking a power flow equation of the network as a constraint condition of the interval state estimation algorithm, and establishing an interval state estimation model added with the power flow constraint; and (4) carrying out iteration solving by utilizing a Krawczyk operator in order to obtain a solution algorithm which is closer to an interval set of a solution set shell.
