The method comprises the steps that firstly, a diving system model and parameters to be identified are determined; then, a wind speed sequence and the rotating speed signals of a constant-speed asynchronous wind driven generator are collected synchronously, the wind speed sequence is decomposed into an average wind speed sequence and a turbulent flow wind speed sequence, and the rotating speed signals of the generator are decomposed into stable rotating speed and the random variation component of the rotating speed; the power spectrum of turbulent flow wind speed and the rotating speed random variation component of the generator is calculated, and the transfer function module value of the generator rotating speed relative to the wind speed is acquired based on the power spectrum; high-frequency components in a transfer function are filtered out through a wavelet method; finally, the driving system parameters are identified based on a nonlinear least square optimizing method; the parameter identifying results of a plurality of sliding windows are averaged, and the final parameter identifying value is determined. According to the method, the observability of the driving system parameters can be higher, the identifying result meets the actual running state of a fan better, and the identifying precision of the parameters is overall improved.
