This invention relates to the field of circuit board monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, and discloses a circuit board fault prediction method and
system. The method includes collecting
voltage and current
signal data of the circuit board during operation, extracting time-series features to obtain a dynamic state change sequence; inputting the dynamic state change sequence into a preset
support vector machine to obtain a
state evolution trajectory, calculating the time point when the evolution rate changes abruptly, as the starting point of
instability; calculating the amplitude intensity value of the starting point and judging the stability qualitative change trend; if a stability qualitative change trend exists, performing spectral
decomposition on heterogeneous data sources to obtain a risk
score for overall
system instability; extracting state fluctuation features based on the risk
score to determine the
system safety boundary; if the
state evolution sequence exceeds the
system safety boundary, a potential
threshold crossing occurs, generating a warning
signal; extracting subtle feature sequences based on the warning
signal to obtain the final
stability assessment. This method can achieve accurate prediction of circuit board faults.
