A magnetic suspension rotor experiment table comprises a pedestal, a flexible magnetic suspension rotor, a driving unit, a magnetic suspension bearing unit, a pull-up mechanism and a measuring unit, wherein the driving unit is connected with the flexible magnetic suspension rotor; the magnetic suspension bearing unit comprises a front magnetic suspension bearing, a magnetic suspension axial bearing and a rear magnetic suspension bearing; the measuring unit comprises an eddy current displacement sensor arranged on the flexible magnetic suspension rotor; a tensioning and compressing structure comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic system connected with the hydraulic cylinder, and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the flexible magnetic suspension rotor through an axial thrust bearing.
