The paying off device comprises a supporting table, a supporting block, a protective plate and a roller, wherein a groove is formed inthe center position of the top of the supporting table; supporting sleeves are mounted at four corner positions of the top of the supporting table; telescopic rods are movably mounted inside the supporting sleeves; a bracket is fixedly supported at the output ends of the telescopic rods; an arc-shaped groove is formed in the middle position of the bracket; roller shafts are uniformly mounted on the inner side of the arc-shaped groove; an electric lifting rod is mounted at the top of the supporting table below the arc-shaped groove; the output end of the electric lifting rod is fixedly connected with the bottom of the arc-shaped groove; and the protective plate is hinged to the end, which is far away from the supporting block, of the supporting table through a lug block.
